[Poster Presentation] Comics Enrichment using Ultimate Link

(in English) This paper reports a prototype system that is enable us to display an additional information of a serif on electric comics using Ultimate Link which connects an information on physical space to an information on cyber space. Originally, the Ultimate Link is proposed for linking a meaningful information on physical space to an expanded information on cyber space. In this paper we apply this concept with linking a meaningful information on cyber space to an expanded information on cyber space. This is applicable to a serif on electric comics when one meets a situation where it is difficult to understand serif. In this paper, we apply this Ultimate Link to a serif on electric comics characters and then made a prototype system displaying an expanded information on Web space when a mouse pointer is moved to a region which is indicated by a user at the URL embedding step. Through several experiments, we found that the function of this system is useful, but its use-interface should be improved.
