Construction of Efficient Decodable Sequence-Subset Codes Based on Constant Weight Codes

(in English) Each codeword of sequence-subset codes is represented by a set of sequences.
The subset-sequence codes are used for error correction of the DNA storages.
The purpose of this research is to construct an efficient decodable sequence-subset code.
Etzion and Vardy proposed an efficient decodable constant weight code.
The proposed code is constructed from this constant weight code and a linear code.
Hence, the proposed code is efficiently decoded by using the decoding algorithm of this constant weight code.
This report constructs an efficient decodable sequence-subset code that presents its efficient decoding algorithm.
