Prototypes of 461.25 [MHz] rectifier circuits by using class E switching

(in English) The authors are working on the construction of a 461.25 [MHz] wireless power transfer system by utilizing the Japanese domestic system of specific experimental testing radio station established by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. In this paper, we report rectifier circuits around the above frequencies. In order to reduce the switching loss arises at diodes in high frequency region, we introduce class E switching. Furthermore, we propose a class E bridge type full-wave rectifier circuit that applies a class E resonant low dv / dt rectifier circuit. Experimental results reveal that the rectification efficiency improves with the increment of the input power. Our prototyped class E rectifier circuit record a rectification efficiency of 38.0 [%] (input power +15 [dBm]) at the design frequency. On the other hand, the rectification efficiency of the class E bridge full-wave rectification circuit is 70.9 [%] (input power + 15 [dBm]), but the peak value is at a frequency significantly lower than the design one.
