| 抄録 | （和） | 近年，自然災害が空港に度々被害をもたらしていることから，空港の防災や災害時の役割についての考察や議論が行われており，そこでは空港内の企業・機関や空港間の情報共有と連携が重要な課題とされている．主要空港で運用されている空港MCA無線は，日常業務を支えるだけでなく災害時の重要通信も担っており，TETRA方式への更改によって空港内・空港間の情報共有に必要な機能仕様を備えている．本稿では空港MCA無線の機能仕様と災害時の運用状況を紹介し，情報共有・連携における課題の解決に向けた活用と新たな無線技術の導入について提言する． |
| （英） | In recent years, natural disasters have often caused damage to airports, and therefore, studies and discussions have been conducted on the disaster prevention of airports and the role of disasters. In the discussion, information sharing and cooperation between companies and institutions in airports and between airports are important issues. Airport MCA radios operated at major airports not only support daily operations but also carry important communications during disasters. By updating to the TETRA system, it has the functional specifications necessary for information sharing within and between airports. This paper introduces the functional specifications of the airport MCA radio and the operation status at the time of disaster, and proposes the utilization for the solution of the issues in information sharing and cooperation and the introduction of new radio technology. | |
