| (in English) | We have developed a large-capacity bulk transmission interface to bundle two satellite transmission channels and IP network for the goal of expanding 12-GHz-band satellite transmission capacity. This device is composed of the bulk transmitter that divides a large-capacity contents, e.g., 4K/8K UHDTV, then output them to satellite transmission channels and IP network, and the bulk receiver that combines the signals received via both transmission channels. This device can synchronize the signals received via both channels with different transmission delays by converting transmission signals into TLV packets and using the header information. In this paper, we describe the frame structure, and the frame synchronization method using a TLV header, then report the 8K UHDTV with the high frame-rate of 120Hz (bit rate of 250Mbps) IF-loopback transmission experimental results with this device. | |
