(in English) At CRYPTO~2019, a method to construct a pseudorandom function from public random permutations was presented. In this paper, we consider one of the constructions called Sum of Even-Mansour (SoEM) pseudorandom function, and present quantum attacks against the construction. Our attack is based on the combination of two quantum algorithms, Simon's algorithm and Grover's algorithm, and derives the secret key.
