(in English) Although the “DX promotion guidelines” include “analysis and evaluation of IT assets,” there is still no widely recognized/applied method for economic evaluation of IT assets, that is, information system investment . However, a standard growth accounting analysis framework should be applied to evaluate the information system as a subsystem of the corporate system.
This is called a business assessment, and the financial data in the securities reports of some companies are analyzed. Then, the evaluation method and the analysis result are considered.
