Measurement Method of High-Frequency-Voltage/Current Waveforms using Directional Coupler and its Calibration

(in English) This report proposes a measurement method of voltage/current waveform assuming applications of wireless power transfer(WPT). It is necessary to measure voltage/current waveforms of a power receiving circuit using a diode to improve power transmission efficiency in WPT. In the frequency region of a power electronics, voltage probe and current probe are utilized. However, voltage probes used in GHz region has insufficient withstand voltage for an application of WPT. Therefore, this report proposes novel technique for measuring and calibrating voltage/current waveforms using directional coupler and oscilloscope. The effectiveness of proposed measurement technique was confirmed by the measurement of square wave at 7 MHz. The results of this report can contribute to the measurement technology in design of the WPT power receiving circuit.
