(in English) Maintenance and improvement of quality of life (QOL) during menstrual cycle are life-long serious concern for women. However, a practical strategy for those purpose has not yet been known. In this study, physiological and behavioral indices were measured during menstrual cycle and their relationships with subjective QOL were investigated, by which phase dependency of those indices and changing process of skin temperature during sleep-onset was found to be associated with subjective sleep quality quantified PSQI.
