In recent years, imitative LSIs have become a serious problem and security technology PUF to use manufacturing variability of LSIs has been extensively researched. In this study, we investigated a PUF circuit structure to use an Magnetic Tunnel Junction(MTJ)-based Non-Volatile Flip-Flop and achieved the uniqueness about 50%. We also revealed the resistance to the Machine Learning attack using SVM. |
