[Keynote Address] Quality Assurances of the Fugaku Supercomputer: Function, Performance and Power

(in English) The Fugaku Supercomputer has about 160,000 CPUs, and once a problem occurs after assembling, it is challenging to fix. In order to identify the issues as early as possible, as many as possible verification and test items should be covered on the smallest configuration and in the shortest time period. We have applied various kinds of verification/test methods, tools, and technologies to assure the function, performance, and power quality. In this presentation, I will introduce our practical use case and the possible future research issues of quality assurance from the very beginning of a design phase until a mass production phase.
