A Study on Voice Analysis Using Emotion Recognition for Detection of Special Fraud

(in English) The purpose of this study is to establish a special fraud detection system based on voice analysis. First, we describe the outline of the proposed system and the role of its components, namely, conversation content analysis, voiceprint analysis, and emotion analysis. Second, in this paper, we describe in detail the use of emotion analysis in particular. We hypothesized that emotions of victims are different for each fraud method, and tested this hypothesis. Based on the results of the test, we clarify the usefulness of emotion analysis in detecting special frauds and present the future prospects.
