| 抄録 | （和） | 組織を取り巻くあらゆるものの管理はスマート化し，データやAI等を活用した統合的な管理・ガバナンスへと変革することが求められている．組織における経営陣の主な役割は，一言でいうと株主や顧客などのステークホルダーに対するアカウンタビリティである．最近のSDGsやESG投資の情勢から，経営陣も従来の経済価値だけではなく社会(環境)価値や倫理に対する配慮も必要ということで，各種のITとAIのガバナンス関連の国際標準が開発されている．本稿では，組織の経営陣と現場のエンジニアリング（技術者）とのAI活用に対するアカウンタビリティの違いを整合させた，統合的な管理・ガバナンスについて提案する．一方で，そもそもアカウンタビリティは会計用語のアカウント（財務データ）に由来するものである．ESG経営ではSDGs目標を達成するために，財務評価に加えてESGの非財務データも評価して経営を実施する必要がある．本稿では，ESG経営とESG投資/インパクト投資の評価基準に関する先進事例のESG経営分析を基に，経済・社会・環境の三側面をつなぐ統合的な管理・ガバナンス評価指標の提案を行う． |
| （英） | It is required that the management of everything surrounding the organization becomes smarter and that it is transformed into integrated management and governance by the use of data and AI. The main role of the governing body in an organization is, in a nutshell, accountability to stakeholders such as shareholders and customers. Due to the recent situation of SDGs and ESG investment, various IT and AI governance-related international standards have been developed because management needs to consider not only conventional economic value but also social (environmental) value and ethics. In this paper, we propose an integrated management and governance that aligns the difference in accountability for the use of AI between the governing body in an organization and the engineering (engineers) in the field. On the other hand, accountability is derived from the accounting term account (financial data). In ESG management, in order to achieve the SDGs goals, it is necessary to evaluate ESG non-financial data in addition to financial evaluation and implement management.In this paper, we propose an integrated management / governance evaluation index that connects the three aspects of economy, society, and environment, based on ESG management analysis of advanced cases related to evaluation criteria for ESG management and ESG investment / impact investment. | |
