In recent years, in order to detect cancer cells from X-ray images, researches on segmentation using deep learning technology have been actively carried out. As a representative method, a segmentation architecture SegCaps using the capsule network has been proposed, which improves the deficiencies of the convolutional neural network (CNN). In this paper, we propose a novel segmentation algorithm that applies attention routing proven to be effective in the recognition model to SegCaps to improve accuracy. The experimental results of comparing the accuracy of the output image and mask image with the Dice coefficient and Jaccard coefficient show that the changed SegCaps value is higher and the accuracy is improved |
