Due to the recent development of mobile telecommunication systems, there is concern about the shortage of spectrum resources. To solve this problem, several technology have been proposed for efficient use of spectra. In this paper, we focus on spectrum sharing technology for use in mobile telecommunication systems. However, there are many problems in spectrum sharing technology, such as how to aggregate the data in the database and how often to update the data. Therefore, we propose an autonomous and dynamic spectrum sharing system that does not require a database. |
