Report on the contents of the demonstration experiment and the results of the initial stage in the nursery facility business support system concept

(in English) In December 2018, the first author reported on the concept of a nursery facility business support system based on design thinking. In order to verify this concept, we have built a system based on the business application construction cloud service kintone, and have been conducting demonstration experiments at three childcare facilities for over two years. This paper reports the results of this early stage. Specifically, it includes event application management, childcare and childcare management, and online bazaar construction support. All of these results contributed to the work support of nursery workers or parents of nursery children. On the other hand, in the evaluation of this concept, there is a problem in the progress of the business model canvas's management base and financial aspects. In the process of demonstration, new requirements were issued by the nursery workers. We regard this as the first step toward the realization of a model in which the nursery school workers themselves, which is the final stage of this concept, build, introduce, and operate the system. We will continue to carry out demonstration experiments to verify this concept.
