In a visible light communication system, detection of diverged optical signal in space is required after confirming the position of transmitter and receiver.
In this report, by signalizing incoherent light source, visible light communication system which detects propagated optical signal in free space is constructed based on optical signal detection system composed of optical fiber.
By collections diverged optical signal in space and measuring the quality of signal, we verified the characteristic of optical signal through space propagation.As a result, we can detect the optical signal of incoherent light source. Furthermore, it is shown that it is possible to construct a visible light communication system which is manageable, excellent in safety and low consumption of electricity. |
