A Real-Time Multi-Viewpoint Video Distribution Method Using a Dynamic Camera Clustering Method Based on Frame Meta-information

(in English) With the development of image processing technology, information and communication technology, and the launch of 5G services, various forms of video distribution have been attracting attention. One of them is multi-viewpoint video distribution. As a real-time multi-viewpoint video distribution method, a method in which all the captured images are transmitted to the user and the viewpoint is manually selected has been studied. However, as the number of images increases, the user's viewpoint selection becomes more and more burdensome. In this paper, we propose a preference-adaptive dynamic video distribution service and a search method to reduce the load of user's viewpoint selection by dynamically clustering the video contents and user's requests according to their similarity, and limiting the distribution range by searching only the videos in the clusters that are close to the user's requests.
