(in English) In 4K / 8K Super Hi-Vision, which started broadcasting two years ago, the resolution, color gamut, dynamic range, etc. have been expanded compared to conventional HDTV. What evolution will these changes in specifications bring to the viewer's Quality of Experience? We analyze the psychological effects of improving video parameters, focusing on familiar impressions such as "it looks delicious." We verify them by investigating the popular impressions evoked by familiar images and their modulation with the viewing distance through subjective evaluation experiments and statistical analysis.
