(in English) Thickness gauging of steel sheet piles used in port facilities is necessary to inspect performance deterioration due to shape changes such as damage and deterioration. For the maintenance of underwater harbor steel structures, an efficient and highly accurate thickness gauging method is needed. We have proposed a non-contact ultrasonic thickness gauging method using a spatial frequency filter and evaluated its performance by simulated experiments. However, in case the thickness of the steel plate is not constant, the accuracy may decrease. In this paper, we evaluated the accuracy using proposed method for inclined steel plate.
