Lung cancer mortality in men is 86.7% in 2018. If the benign and malignant lung cancer and the growth rate of nodules can be predicted from a single test, it will reduce the burden on patients. The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between the features mechanically obtained by AutoEncoder from the nodule region of the chest CT images and the malignancy of nodules. The features obtained by AutoEncoder are classified as benign or malignant by three methods: SVM, random forest, and subspace method. As a result, the accuracy of classifying the features was 0.7 to 3 points higher than the accuracy of classifying the image. |
