The introduction of AI is being considered in NW operation. It is expected to automate atypical failures involving complex decisions working with workflow engines (WFEs) that can automate only routine tasks. However, in some cases, the accuracy of AI may become not reliable because it does not have necessary parameters for each individual case. In this
paper, we propose a method to automate atypical failure response by linking AI with WFE, extending BPMN operators using Bayesian network. |
