| 抄録 | （和） | 辞書や機械翻訳などの言語資源の偏在が，言語資源の少ない低資源言語の問題を生じさせている．特に低資源言語間の対訳辞書を構築するには，Web上のデータが少ないため，人手によるデータ構築が必要である．しかしながら，Wikipediaのようなボランティアベースの中央集権的なアプローチでは，辞書データの作成者へのインセンティブが働かず，また運営者の運営負担の高さから持続的な運営が難しい．そこで，本研究ではブロックチェーンを用いた非中央集権的な辞書システムを提案する．具体的には，辞書の作成履歴と利用履歴を複数の運営者で運用するブロックチェーンに記録し，作業者の貢献度に応じて報酬を分配する．本研究では，本システムの要件を定義し，Hyperledger Fabricを用いてプロトタイプシステムを実装した．設計の妥当性を検証するために，代表的な3つのユースケースを用いて，リクエスト数に応じたスループットと応答速度の評価を行った． |
| （英） | The uneven distribution of language resources such as dictionaries and machine translation causes low-resource languages. Especially, bilingual dictionaries between low-resource languages need human contribution to data construction due to less data on the Web. However, the volunteer-based centralized approach such as Wikipedia does not incentivize workers to make dictionary data and imposes a huge amount of operation costs on an operator, which disturbs the sustainable operation. Therefore, we propose the blockchain-based decentralized dictionary system. Specifically, the decentralized dictionary system records the dictionary creation and usage histories on the blockchain which is operated by multiple operators and allocates rewards to contributors according to the ratio of contributions. In this paper, we defined the requirements of the system and implemented a prototype system using Hyperledger Fabric. To validate the system design, we evaluated the throughput and average response time in three typical use cases. | |
