In this paper, in order to express the time variation of the On-body channel for Wireless Body Area Network, the regression modeling method by Neural Network with the posture as the explanatory variable and the received signal as the objective variable was proposed. S21 of On-body channel with antennas placed on the abdomen and left wrist in the free space at 2.45 GHz was simulated and targeted for modeling. Due to Neural Network, a large number of postured 3D human body models for simulation are required. Therefore, the efficient posture algorithm with an error rate of about 0.245% was proposed. Furthermore, it was confirmed that RMSE can be reduced by more than 1 point compared to others by modeling with Convolutional Neural Network, which can automatically extract features. |
