An Information Theory of Intelligence -- Being Avant-garde --

(in English) Intelligence is memory networks of knowledge and thought, which is to connect sensory input to behavior and constructed on the spinal sign reflex circuit. To date, it is constructed in connection with community customs and teacher-apprentice relationship, and has a problem to receive errors made by predecessors without any correction or criticism.
Internet keyword search enables us to access to “voluminous linguistic information but without assurance of credibility”. This voluminous information enables us to implement Forward Error Correction. It is plausible that linguistic humans go into a new era of intelligence development. The author proposes some ideas to behave avant-gardes.
