| (in English) | Blockchain is supported by cryptography as its origin Bitcoin is called cryptocurrency. On the one hand theories and technologies in distributed systems field are also enabling blockchain as essential bases. Not only fault tolerance, but also trustless, in which we have to trust no one, are properties of blockchain and they are the nature of decentralized distributed systems. Our research target is mainly network and systems aspect of blockchain. Our primary target was performance, but we have been extending our scope to safety, decentralization and fairness while we developed a blockchain network simulator SimBlock as a research tool. In this talk, we introduce our recent results. | |
