(in English) Currently, special fraud targeting the elderly is a problem in Japan. As a countermeasure, it is possible to identify the person planning to commit a special fraud by using voiceprint authentication. A voiceprint is a three-dimensional representation of the frequency of a person's voice, and like a fingerprint, it is unique to each person. Therefore, voiceprint authentication can be used to verify the identity of a person. In this study, voice data is converted into a spectrogram image that can be represented in three dimensions, and an image classification method using convolutional neural networks of deep learning is used to attempt voiceprint authentication.
