A displaying system comparing working results of her/himself and others according to user's personality

(in English) In this study, we proposed a system that displays the past performance of the worker and others according to the worker's personality.
Proposed system switches between displaying the worker's own past performance and the other's performance based on the worker's personality (gender, age and BigFive personality traits).
In this paper, we conducted a data collection experiment and a modeling experiment.
In the data collection experiment, we recorded the participants' personality and their performance and motivation in the experimental task depending on the display pattern of the proposed system.
In the modeling experiment, we used the results of the data collection experiment to learn a machine learning model that predicts the display patterns based on the personality characteristics, and confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed system.
