In a base station antenna that shares multiple frequency bands, The direction of radiation is the same in the shared frequency band, but there is a problem that the beam in the low frequency band spreads due to the difference in electrical length and interferes with the adjacent area.
To solve this problem, a phase shifter has been proposed that can change The direction of radiation in the frequency band by utilizing the phase characteristics of frequency dispersion of the CRLH transmission line.
However, in this phase shifter, the impedance changes depending on the set phase, and matching with the 50Ω line has become an issue.
In this paper, the matching circuit configuration is clarified by equivalent circuit analysis using random search, and the result of designing the realized structure on the electromagnetic field analysis simulator using the value is described. |
