| 抄録 | （和） | 人は社会的苦境に陥った際, 自身への印象管理を行うための自己呈示の手段の一つとして弁明を行うとされる. その一方で, 弁明を見極め, 弁明者に対して適切な評価を下すことは, 職務質問のような場面においては非常に重要である. そこで本研究では弁明者の印象変化や行動生成の予測を行うシステムによって, 定量的な視点から被弁明者が弁明を見極めるための支援を行うことを目的とし, そのシステムの内部設計について検討した. 内部設計として, 弁明者の行動が他者から自身への印象をコントロールするための最適な言語行動を生成するモデルに従っているものと想定し, 弁明者の印象(荷重)変化や行動生成の予測を行うことで, 被弁明者が弁明者に対して適切な評価を行うためのアシストを図った. 内部設計としてのモデルの妥当性を示すため, 弁明場面として職務質問を模した被験者実験を行い, 実験結果と提案モデルに基づいたシミュレーション結果を比較したところ, 実験状況においては, 提案モデルの荷重変化に関して妥当性を有している可能性が示唆された. |
| （英） | People give excuses as one of the means of self-presentation to manage their impression of themselves when they are in social predicament. On the other hand, it is very important to identify the excuses and to evaluate the excusers appropriately in situations such as job questioning. In this study, we examined the internal design of a system that predicts the change of the excuser's impression and behavior generation, with the aim of helping the excuser to identify the excuse from a quantitative viewpoint. As an internal design, we assumed that the behavior of the excuser follows a model that generates the optimal verbal behavior to control the impression of the excuser from others to himself, and we tried to assist the excuser to make an appropriate evaluation of the excuser by predicting the change of impression (likeability) and behavior generation of the excuser. In order to show the validity of the model as an internal design, we conducted an experiment on subjects imitating a job question as an explanation scene and compared the experimental results with the simulation results based on the proposed model. In the experimental situation, it is suggested that the proposed model may have validity in terms of likeability change. | |
