Information Centric Networking (ICN) has been proposed to revolutionize the traditional Internet architecture.
In ICN, contents are discovered and forwarded using content ID instead of IP address.
ICN architecture is expected to reduce the overhead of the Internet and enable highly efficient content delivery.
However, to achieve highly efficient content discovery using only content ID is difficult. In this study, we propose a new ICN control scheme that uses content attribute vectors instead of content ID and cache placement using self-organized map.
