With the Internet of Things (IoT) era, the number of devices that share the same frequency is rapidly increasing. IoT devices are assumed to be distributed systems based on Carrier Sense Multiple Access/Collision Avoidance (CSMA/CA). It is known that communication efficiency is degraded due to hidden node problems. In this paper, we study a method to estimate the wireless environment based on the correlation of events. The database stores the communication results such as success or failure of demodulation. The wireless environment can be estimated by calculating correlation from time-series data of communication results. However, computational cost is rapidly increased with increasing the number of devices. In the case of a lot of devices, only a few devices can cause interference to a device, we use a sparse modeling to estimate the interference. Then, based on the estimated result, the hidden nodes in devices are structured as a graph and using a graph algorithm to allocate channels so that the number of hidden nodes is minimized. This method is evaluated by accuracy and packet arrival rate. |
