Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In recent years, in wireless communication systems, there is an increasing demand for radio waves in high frequency bands such as microwaves and millimeter wave bands for high-speed and large-capacity communication such as 5G. However, the higher the frequency of the oscillator required for signal generation, the higher the manufacturing cost, and the worse the phase noise characteristics. In this research, in a Push-Push oscillator, which is one of the high-frequency oscillators that can be manufactured at low cost, the phase noise is reduced by an extremely simple method that only adds a microstrip line. As a result of the experiment, the phase noise was improved by 6 dB at 1 MHz offset frequency.
