| 抄録 | （和） | 我々は，視覚障害 者への放送サービ スをより充実させることを目的に，解説放送に相当する情報をスマホ などのタブレット端末へ放送番組に同期させて配信する新しい形の解説放送サービス（以後 音声ガイド と呼ぶ）の実現を目指して研究を進めている．本稿では，この新しいサービスでスポーツ中継番組へ解説音声を付与することの有用性や，スポーツ中継番組に求められる解説音声の内容など，サービスに求められる基本的な要素について，視覚障害者を対象にしたアンケート調査について報告する．その結果からは 試合の進行状況やプレイ状況に加えて 選手の 様子・状態など提供する情報の内容や量が充実 することで満足度が高くなる傾向がみられ ネットを利用した解説音声サービスとしての有用性は示された． |
| （英） | We are conducting research with the aim of realizing a new type of audio descriptions with the aim of further enhancing broadcasting services for the visually impaired. The new service distribute information equivalent to audio descriptions to tablet terminals such as smartphones in synchronization with broadcast programs. In this paper, we report the results of a questionnaire survey targeting the visually impaired regarding the basic elements required for audio descriptions services of live TV sports programs. As a result of analyzing the obtained answers, the satisfaction level of visually impaired people tends to increase by enrich the content and amount of information provided such as the state and condition of the players in addition to the progress and play status of the game. On the other hand, there was a tendency for dissatisfaction to increase when the presentation timing for the event was delayed, such as the correspondence with the sound that was played in the program. Although some problems were found from the results of the questionnaire, the usefulness as a new type of audio description service using the Internet was shown. | |
