(in English) We propose optical tap waveguide with tunable wavelength and branching property by inscribing long period fiber grating and asymmetric waveguide in a two-mode fiber (2MF) using femtosecond laser. We experimentally confirmed a tapping efficiency of over 20% from a fabricated devise. We also discussed the factors of attenuation.
