Lithium-ion Battery Internal Impedance Estimation and Evaluation of Deterioration Analysis Using Machine Learning

(in English) Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy analysis is known to be effective as a conventional state analysis technique for lithium-ion batteries. However, long-term measurement is required in a constant temperature bath and a large-scale measuring instrument, and real-time measurement is difficult. Therefore, we aimed to measure in real time by improving the estimation of low frequency resistance by the least squares method to speed up the measurement and by making it possible without a constant temperature bath by temperature compensation. In addition, the accuracy of impedance estimation and the accuracy of deterioration analysis are evaluated by deterioration analysis by machine learning.
