The three main approaches commonly used for performance evaluation of communication systems are measurement, simulation, and modeling. In general, the latter two are more cost-effective and time-efficient than measurement. However, simulations only bring results in a discrete manner and become more time-consuming as the complexity of the simulation increases. In this paper, we propose A3ASRP and A2-A4ASRQ with channel reservation algorithms for Heterogeneous Cellular Networks. Also, we compare the performance of these algorithms using the modeling approach of Petri Nets. |
