| 抄録 | （和） | 小規模製造企業A社では、部品調達の際、調達する部品の数量を担当者の経験と差によって決定していた。この方法によってA社では部品在庫や部品生産ラインに問題が発生していた。そこで、部品調達にあたり必要な部品の所要量を計算することになった。しかし、現状のA社では部品所要量計算を手作業および頭の中でおこなう必要があり、この条件のもとさまざまな案が出されたが半日程度の時間がかかる作業となることが予想された。部品所要量計算にかかる時間をより短縮する必要があったため、部品所要量計算に対してコンピューターシステムを利用しておこなう方法を提案した。本提案により、部品所要量計算にかかる時間を１時間30分程度短縮することが可能となった。 |
| （英） | CompanyA, a small manufacturing company, had been deciding the quantity of parts to be procured based on the experience and differences of the personnel in charge. This method was causing problems in the parts inventory and parts production line. Therefore, it was decided to calculate the required quantity of parts for parts procurement. However, in the current state of Company A, the calculation of parts requirements had to be done manually and in the mind, and various proposals were made under this condition, but it was expected to take about half a day. In order to reduce the time required for parts requirement calculation, we proposed a method of using a computer system for parts requirement calculation. With this proposal, it was possible to reduce the time required for parts requirement calculation by about 1 hour and 30 minutes. | |
