| 抄録 | （和） | 本研究では被験者の乗った床面を左右方向に急に水平移動させる揺動により，直立立位時における揺動刺激に対する反応およびその変化を解析した．揺動の向きや大きさは試行毎にランダムに変更した．その結果，以下の知見を得た．揺動後間もなく頭部位置は前方に移動するが，揺動を繰り返すとその量が減少する．また，左右方向に関しては頭部揺動の振動周期が長くなる．揺動初回においては，下肢の筋活動量が増加し，下半身の関節スティフネスが高くなっていることを示唆する結果を得た．一方で，揺動回数を重ねるごとに筋活動量は減少していた．これらの知見は方向や強度の予測が困難な揺動に対して身体スティフネスを下げることで衝撃を吸収している可能性を示唆する．これらの知見は，リズミカルな連続的揺動において報告されてきたが，本研究では連続しない揺動についても，慣れによる同様の結果を示した． |
| （英） | In this study, the floor on which the subject stood was suddenly moved horizontally to the left and right. We analyzed that the response to the swinging stimulus of the standing posture and its change by rocking. The direction and magnitude of the rocking were changed randomly for each trial. As a result, the head position moved forward, but the amount decreases as the rocking trial was continued. In addition, the cycle of head swing became longer in the left-right direction. At the first rocking, the muscle activity of the lower limbs increased, and this result suggests that the joint stiffness of the lower body increased. On the other hand, the muscles activity decreased due to the rocking experience. These results suggest that lowering the body stiffness absorbs the impact when the rocking is difficult to predict the direction and strength. These results have been reported in rhythmic continuous swings by previous studies, and we have shown similar results with habituation for discontinuous rocking. | |
