Synthesizing Deep Master Voices for Wolf Attacking on Speaker Recognition Systems

(in English) In this paper, we propose an attack on speaker verification systems by Deep Master Voice using GAN-based wolf voice.GAN-based Wolf biometric generation methods have been proposed and shown high success rates against image-based biometric authentication systems using fingerprint or face. On the other hand, there has been insufficient discussion on the possibility of attacks on speaker verification systems.In this study, we explore the applicability of GAN-based wolf attacks on speech by creating a Deep Master Voice for text-independent speaker verification systems. In the experiments, we show the effectiveness of the attack by verifying the wolf attack probability across different datasets.
