A Study on Telephone System with User Authentication

(in English) I propose a telephone system with a function to authenticate individual users. In this system, if callees register callers in advance, telephone service provider can confirm whether the caller is the person himself / herself or not. You are free to use any user authentication technology in this proposal, and, it is easy to consider using JPKI that is installed as standard on Individual Number Cards.
