The 3D free-access wireless power transfer system is a system capable of transmitting power to a power receiving unit in space. To increase the transmission distance, it is necessary to increase the size of the transmission resonator. However, when the size of the resonator is increased, the resonance frequency becomes low, so that there is a problem that the operating frequency must be lowered. First, the authors estimated the magnetic field distribution from the current distribution when harmonic excitation was performed and examined the prediction of the coupling coefficient. Furthermore, based on the results, the authors investigated a specific method of winding the conductor of a power transmission coil that can obtain a large coupling coefficient at a desired frequency of use. |
