Improving accuracy of mobile position detection using millimeter-wave

(in English) A position detection method of a mobile using wireless communication has been already established in past research. However, when the wireless communication in tunnel become long distance (non-line-of-sight propagation), there is a problem that the position detection accuracy deteriorates due to the influence of reflection wave. In this paper, we have developed a position detection correction method that can be applied to a long distance wireless communication (non-line-of-sight propagation) including the inside of a tunnel, and conducted a test at an experimental facility of a high-speed railway to verify that this method is practical.
