Elastic wave and electromagnetic waveguide analysis -- Configuration technology about ΔV/V waveguide and intrinsic vibration mode --

(in English) We analyze the mode equation formed at the end face of the ΔV/V waveguide with the elastic waveguide in mind. We model the vibration mode and solve the problems. We induce approximations on the characteristics of waveguides. In addition, it is proven that the total reflection condition is satisfied in the waveguide end surface in the propagation of the vibration mode. Finally, we explain that the electromagnetic waveguide is the same waveguide as the elastic waveguide because of its similarity with the elastic wave. It is shown that the ΔV/V waveguide is a waveguide that is equally established for the wave.
