Near-field Characteristics of Antennas Used in Proximity Immunity Tests

(in English) The variation of the exposure electric field level at the EUT placement location in the radiated immunity test in close proximity is larger than in the far-field immunity test. The radiation characteristics near the antenna in the proximity immunity test are compared for the typical test antennas, TEM horn, flat broadband dipole, half-wavelength dipole as a reference antenna, and DRG horn, which is widely used in EMC measurements. In addition, we show the effectiveness of the evaluation for near-field propagation characteristics considering the phase center.
