Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) It is extremely effective to make the car body lighter in order to improve the fuel efficiency of the car. One of the methods is to make the harness wireless. However, wireless communication has a problem that the transmission quality deteriorates due to interference from the surroundings. We have started research and development of an in-vehicle network that combines wired communication using a power line and UWB wireless communication as a method of ensuring communication reliability while utilizing wireless communication. In this paper, we will explain the method of wired communication using the power line, the evaluation results, and future issues.
