The impact of green bond intelligence disclosure

(in English) The rapid development of the economy is also associated with the problems of rapid resource consumption and environmental pollution. Compared to traditional bonds, green bonds play an active role in boosting domestic economic development to increase a company's green funding channels. At the regulatory level, the requirements for disclosure of environmental information are high because the green bonds need to be related to established green projects. This study takes the domestic manufacturing industry from 2017 to 2020 as example, and analyzes the environmental information of green bonds qualitatively and quantitatively, and examines the relationship among "environmental information disclosure" ,"rating" and "issue rate". To clarify, we consider the impact of the "environmental benefits" of green bonds.
