(in English) In order to improve the accuracy of the dielectric constant of the sample, the free space method using a horn antenna was investigated. Specifically, we reduced the error introduced by considering the phase shift in the material during the estimation. A comparison of the estimated values of relative permittivity showed generally good agreement. The results of the estimation without moving the antenna with the sample were compared for the estimated relative permittivity, and generally good agreement was found.
