Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) This paper shows a system’s design of a QZSS signal receiving system for disaster mitigation. QZSS is a localized Navigation Satellite system produced by Japanese government. QZSS is designed to broadcast evacuation instruction code at the acute period of disaster occurrence. Our signal receiving system is for receiving this evacuation instruction code to broadcast them for victims in the specific area. We designed this receiving system by using Japanese emergency broadcast systems’ slave stations, not cellular phones, from the viewpoints of practicability and feasibility.
