(in English) Huygens metasurfaces have attracted attention as a method of constructing thin lenses. In this report, we present the relationship between the equivalent circuit parameters necessary to construct a lens with low loss and a changeable pass-through phase on a Huygens metasurface, and we also focus on an I-type element as a specific configuration example, and present the results of a study of the relationship between the element structure and equivalent circuit parameters by finite element method analysis.
